Today we've rolled out a new feature for our quote software based on the feedback that we've been getting - quote templates.
We appreciate that a lot of businesses like to send out similar quotes to various customers, and to save you time - and help you generate more business - we've implemented quote templates.
To take advantage of this functionality you just need to mark an existing quote as a template (you'll see a blue "T" symbol next to it after you do) and then this quote is ready to be duplicated. The next time you click on "create quote" you should see the "Create from Template" option which will give you a drop-down of all your quote templates. Simply hit the "Go" button once you've selected your desired template and you should see your new quote details get filled in with all the descriptions and products of your template.
Hopefully this will prove beneficial to all of our customers, and will further increase the rate at which you can send out quotes and generate business.
Stay tuned for more updates in the near future!

In light of some of the feedback we've had, today we've added a link to the bottom of all quotes that will give your clients an opportunity to view a printer-friendly version of your quotes on our website.
Hopefully this will lead to more of your quotes being kept on record and further increasing your odds of converting business!
White text fix
Rob Poole 15th May 2012
We've also noticed that a lot of our users like to use the white background on their emails but the way we set up our quotes was to use the same colour for links and titles as the background colour. We've now amended this to ensure there isn't any white text on white background. We've solved this by switching our the white text for a dark grey that will match the other text on the quote.
There's also been a lot of great ideas coming in via the feedback feature and consequently we're going to be rolling out a lot of these features in the coming months.
